Privacy policy

This policy covers the Mr. Posthole website, run by Mr. Posthole, LLC in Fowlerville, Michigan. It explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you send a quote request, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email (if given), project address or town, and the project details. If you call, text or email us, we receive what your phone or email sends.

How we use it

Only to answer you: to quote, schedule and do the work, and to follow up about that job. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists.

Who handles it

Quote requests go into Jobber, the software we use to manage requests and jobs, or are delivered to us by email. The site is hosted on Vercel. Each processes data only to provide its service.

Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count visits and measure page speed. They don't use cookies or build profiles of individual visitors.

Microsoft Clarity

We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site: where people click, how far they scroll, and session replays that show how a visit went. Clarity uses cookies to do this. The data is handled under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Children

This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
