Fence, Deck & Concrete Removal
Fence, deck and concrete removal
Kirk gets asked about removals all the time. Mr. Posthole removes old fences and decks, removes concrete (on its own or as part of a bigger job), and cuts out old posts set in concrete so new ones can go in. We haul the debris away, and the same crew can drill the holes and set the new posts: pull the old fence, set the new posts.

Can you remove my old fence?
Yes. We pull the old fence, including posts set in concrete, haul it away, and drill the holes for the new line. Want the new posts set too? We do that as well.
Can you tear out an old deck?
Yes. We remove the old deck and haul the debris, and the same crew can drill the footing holes for the new one.
Do you do concrete removal on its own?
Yes, concrete removal is a standalone job too. Old walks, slabs, porch steps and footings often sit right where new posts need to go. Sometimes it's a few broken pieces, sometimes a whole porch.
Can you replace a post that's set in concrete?
Yes. We cut the concrete to pull the old post, then drill and set the new one.
Do you haul the debris away?
Yes. We remove and dispose of the old fence, deck boards, concrete and any other debris that needs clearing for your project, so you're left with a clean site.
Can one crew handle the removal and the new holes?
That's the point: one call covers the job. On a Detroit porch replacement, a decaying porch made way for six postholes and a new deck.

Customer reviews
From customers
“These guys did a great job. I called on Monday, they came out and did the job on Wednesday. I had a big rock that they dug out. I got a text notification in the morning before they came out. Extremely happy with the work and professionalism.”
“Needed some holes punched for a project. Well worth it to have these guys do the holes. Did a great job and used ground protection to protect the turf.”

We carry general liability and workers' comp, and a certificate of insurance is available on request. Don't hire a contractor who isn't insured: doing so causes you to assume their liability.
